• I understand all business submissions are subject to approval by The Nashville Buzzly team.
• I understand The Nashville Buzzly will not advertise content that promotes hate, discrimination, violence, or harmful messaging.
• I understand The Nashville Buzzly does not accept political or religious-affiliated messaging.
• I understand The Nashville Buzzly campaigns operate on a monthly cycle, with a material cutoff date of the 1st day of the month the campaign begins.
• I understand advertising spots are secured by the business that has paid and submitted all required materials by the 1st day of the campaign month.
• Required materials include a business image, logo, and link for the QR code.
• I understand that if I have not submitted payment and all required materials by the 1st day of the campaign month, my business may be moved to the next month’s campaign.
• I confirm that I am authorized to represent this business and request advertising services from The Nashville Buzzly.
• I understand that payment authorizes The Nashville Buzzly to begin campaign preparation, advertisement creation, and distribution.
• I understand that payments are non-refundable once advertisement design, placement, campaign preparation, or distribution has begun.
• I understand proof of fulfillment may include design files, print confirmations, mailing/distribution records, and campaign documentation.
• I agree to all terms listed above and authorize the creation and distribution of my advertisement.
